General support information
The OLEFA customer support offers qualified assistance with all service requests regarding the OLEFA product line. In most cases the solution support is guaranteed by the OLEFA system reseller while the technical support is offered by the OLEFA support team.
- We provide fast e-mail support via support@olefa.com.
- Phone support for urgent problems is available to selected customers.
- In most cases service requests are answered within 4 business hours.
- About 90% of all service requests are answered within 2 days.
